The annual workshop in Geodesy-Geophysics will take place this year in Strasbourg from November 17 to November 19, 2014. The conference will be located at the Collège Doctoral Européen at Strasbourg University. The sessions will focus on topics developed by the team 'Global Dynamics and Active deformation' of IPGS (Institut de Physique du Globe de Strasbourg). The workshop will end by a celebration day devoted to the 60th anniversary of gravimetry (1954-2014) in close relation to the Strasbourg Gravimetric Observatory (OGS/EOST).
There are 4 sessions:
1. 'Gravity: from the Earth's center to the end of the solar system' (Y. Rogister + F. Chambat)
2. The future of ground and satellite gravity: instrumental challenges and new applications' (F. Pereira + R. Biancale + J. Hinderer)
3. 'Geodesy and tectonics' (F. Masson + E. Calais)
4. Free session
